Template for the individual result item.

Context variables required for this template:
    * id - Result item system ID.
    * instance - The instance ID of the combo box.
    * name - Result item human readable name.

The shorttext pragma can be used to provide a short text for the result item.
    This is especially useful when the result item content contains html tags.
